Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Her Empire app on iPhone or on the web. By using the app you agree to them. If you get the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
What Her Empire is
Her Empire is a planning tool for your goals and your love life. It is not therapy, medical care, or financial, legal or relationship advice, and it does not promise any income or result. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or one of the free lines listed in the app.
Your content
Your goals, notes, photos and journal stay on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for keeping a backup (Settings > Backup). Only add photos you have the right to use.
Her Empire Pro
- Her Empire Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription (annual or monthly). The price and any free trial are shown before you confirm.
- On iPhone, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current period.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- On the web, paid plans can't be bought yet. The web trial gives 7 days of Pro on that device with no card and nothing charged, then the app goes back to Free. Everything you made stays.
- Pro does not include 1:1 sessions, therapy or printed products.
- Refunds are covered on the Refunds page.
Fair use
Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app or its content (including the Playbooks), and don't use it to break the law or harm anyone.
AI features
First chat, SOS and profile import send the text you choose to an AI provider to write a reply. AI replies can be wrong or not fit your situation. They are suggestions for your own planning, not professional advice, and you decide what to do with them. How this text is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Some features open other services, such as YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Unsplash, ChatGPT or Claude. Their own terms apply when you use them, and what you paste into them is handled by them, not by us.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running well, but it is provided as it is, and features may change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Her Empire is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
