Refunds
Bought on iPhone
Her Empire Pro bought in the app is sold and billed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, choose the purchase and follow the steps. Apple decides on the request.
Canceling
To stop the next renewal, go to Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or free trial ends. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Free trial
If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
On the web
Paid plans can't be bought on the web yet. The 7-day Pro trial on the web needs no card, so nothing is charged and there is nothing to refund. When it ends you're back on Free, and everything you made stays.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app or using Settings > Delete all data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first as described above.
